Format:
- Copy and paste that URL from Column C at the top of the Word Doc.
- Copy all content from URL and paste in Word Doc.
- Make sure any links in the text are still linked.
- Delete any photos that copy over.
- Turn on “Track Changes.” To do this:
- Click on the “Review” tab.
- Click on the “Track Changes” option.
- Note the original word count and select the corresponding range (o-499, 500-999, 1000+) in Column S on the Web Sheet. This will change the word count and pricing in Column B & C on the Web Sheet.
- The word count listed in Column B IS NOT the total length of the page. It is an estimate of the number of new words you are writing and keywords you are inserting. It’s OK if you add a few less or a few more words as needed.
- Add a Meta Description.
- Summarize what the article is about.
- Do not exceed 160 characters.
- Try to include at least one keyword.
- Insert keywords naturally throughout the content, reworking the sentence a little bit as necessary.
- DO NOT rewrite the entire page.
- Add H2s and bulleted/numbered lists as you see fit to break up content and make it more readable.
- Save as the blog title in Column D of the spreadsheet.
- Put AAA Auto Repair Blog Optimization in the subject line of the email and send to [email protected].
