The client is looking for Manager Bios for each of it’s AT&T and Simply Mac district managers.

Target Audience:
Anyone looking for info about AT&T or Simply Mac

 

Tone/Voice:

  • Write in third person.

Format:

  • Use the survey responses from the provided spreadsheet (column C) to find information about each manager.
  • Only refer to the businesses as Simply Mac or AT&T
    • Some managers may write Spring Mobile in their bio, but for consumer facing it should be referred to as AT&T.
  • AT&T and Simply Mac use something called S Factors. Each Manager was asked what their favorite S Factor is and why. You can refer to the brand guidelines for more info on this.
    • The S Factors are internal only so don’t refer to them as S Factors; make them consumer friendly (something the consumer will see and understand). – Just define what the S factor means to the customer.

David Peterson Manager Bio

David Peterson is a visionary manager with over 12 years of history at AT&T. He received a certification for “High Potential Leadership Program” from Cox School of Business Southern Methodist Church and a certificate of completion for “Essentials of Human Resource Management” from Cleary University. He also received a “Professional Sales Certificate” from Weber State.

David is personally invested in helping his team succeed by providing clear direction and quality leadership. He understands that respect must be earned, not taken, and his favorite customer value is solidarity. He shows his total commitment to this value by treating customers with respect and integrity. He also creates solidarity and unity on his own team by getting in the trenches and working alongside his respected team members to meet and exceed goals.

When he’s not working, David enjoys watching football and attending local plays. His favorite football team is Brigham Young University (BYU).

Cathy Lilley Manager Bio

Cathy Lilley is a dedicated manager with over 8 years in the industry, 3 of them at AT&T. She has received the designations of Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) and Apple Product Professional.

Cathy excels at being a manager because she puts an emphasis on developing talent and creating leaders. She creates a premiere shopping experience for her customers by presenting a knowledgeable staff and superior service, setting the path for lasting relationships. Cathy believes that a positive, encouraging culture overcomes obstacles and creates a happier work environment, thus benefitting the consumer as well.

When she’s not hiking or kayaking, Cathy loves to root for the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons and UGA Football. She is a proud supporter of the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta.

Hans Blanc Manager Bio

Hans Blanc is a devoted manager who has worked at AT&T for over two years. He achieved the designation of “Apple Master” and also received a “Professional Sales Executive Certificate” from Weber State.

Hans ensures success for his team by helping them set and reach ambitious goals. He believes that a little bit of enthusiasm goes a long way and that a contagious positive attitude overcomes all obstacles. He finds joy in helping others gain a new perspective, such as assisting customers with expanding their technology ecosystems.

A native of Juda, WI, Hans graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and enjoys jogging around Mequon during his free time. His favorite charity is the Wisconsin Humane Society.
