Conversational. Product descriptions should be written so that the customer feels they need the item. The description should be unique and needs to capture the customer’s attention in the first sentence.

- One paragraph
- Mention features, benefits and brand name in the copy
- Mention custom embroidery or custom embroidered instead of Logo or Company logo
