We are so excited to have you, and can’t wait to get to know you better. 

During your first few weeks there will be a learning curve, but we want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful right out of the gate. To help you find your feet, our trainer, Shaundra, will be walking you through a lot of the basics of account management here at BKA. However, all members of our management team are here to help you, and we’re all just a Skype message or an email away, so please — ask questions!

The following training pages will help you understand some of the ins and outs of BKA from a management perspective. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to have hands-on experience a little later, but this will give you a good foundation to stand on. And don’t worry, we’ll make sure you have these training pages readily available for quick-reference later on.
