BizBuySell has three websites that advertise businesses for sale.

Target Audience:
Those reading these articles will probably be people looking at different business options for purchase. Some, however, will be looking at the website because they want to sell a business. These articles will be the content at the top of each state-specific category page.

Unique Feature:

Most of these articles are being written in sets of two.  One article will be placed on www.bizbuysell.com.  The other will be placed on the company’s sister site, www.bizquest.com.  Each article in the set must be 100% unique and pass Copyscape for originality. This can be accomplished by changing the order of information in the articles as well as the basic wording.

We will also begin adding articles for their third site, www.findafranchise.com. This site will have a more casual tone. They are in the middle of completely re-doing the entire site, but there will be things like: “The Weekend is Almost Here. Get a Jump on Your Franchise Wish List.” on the homepage.

There are some orders where we are only writing the articles for one site. The sheet will have which site we’re writing for specified in columns C & D. If we are writing for one or two of the sister sites, then those will be additional lines on the sheet.

Tone/Voice:

  • Informative

Keywords:

  • Please use each keyword one or two times.  Make sure keywords are evenly spread throughout both paragraphs.

Information:

  • The BizQuest website contains valuable information.
  • Data and data points – Please use a few verified sources to provide a few general statistics about the state and a few more statistics about the industry in general. Then, Place remaining data sources just below the article labeled “sources:”
  • Make sure reputable sources are used for gathering data points.

    •  It can also mention any state-specific business related information that can be found – maybe there are many of this type of businesses in certain states?

    • A few of the well known brands available to search by can also be mentioned – this will help provide us a way to include internal links. These categories can be found when you click ‘modify search’ on the page (https://www.bizbuysell.com/california-businesses-for-sale/) and/or by clicking “Franchise Industry’ on www.findafranchise.com

  • Paragraph 2 – Why would business owners consider this particular state? What makes the State Unique?

  • Paragraph 3 – What to consider / more about owning a franchise – these will most likely be similar for all states/franchises, and that’s fine. The resources below may help. This doesn’t have to be the focus of the content block, but will be helpful in providing users interested in franchises some overall information (see the ‘Franchise Info’ tab for reference on how this info was provided on the franchise categories: https://www.bizbuysell.com/franchise-for-sale/automotive-franchise/)o   https://www.thebalancesmb.com/buying-a-restaurant-franchise-2888465

    Additional Information

For any data sources used, we need sources to be cited, including having the exact data points linked to, or footnoted, with the url from where it was found. We would also like to make sure to use sources that are reliable/reputable – for example, a company site or a government site would be better than a site that seems to be an individual’s site (for example, the contact email provided may seem to be to a personal email).

Avoid getting too specific with stats. For example, instead of listing an exact number of websites/businesses, it might be better to use more general language like, ‘there are over a billion websites on the World Wide Web today and the numbers are expected to continue growing at a rapid pace…’  ‘the e-commerce and online auction industry is growing rapidly …’

  • Saving each description as the Product Name (column D)

Georgia gas station for sale, Buy a gas station in Georgia

Georgia Gas Stations (BizQuest)

According to the Statistic Brain Research Institute, there are over 120,000 gas stations in current operation in the United States, and a percentage of those are for sale. In fact, a study completed in 2013 provided a clear look, not only at the gas station market form 2008 – 2013 but was also able to forecast predicted sales of gas stations until 2018. The ever-increasing number of dollars, $618,645 million predicted in 2018, goes to show that the decision to buy a gas station in Georgia makes good business sense.

The Gas Station Market in Georgia

Residents who live in Georgia appreciate the many forms of beauty that the state offers. From mountains and beaches to lakes and communities, Georgia seems to have it all. Many new residents come to Georgia each year, attracted by the affordable housing market and the availability of quality public education.

The growing number of Georgia residents, of course, means an increasing number of potential customers for those who are interested in buying a gas station in Georgia. This state is friendly to small business owners, offering support, tax relief and other incentives that attract many new businesses.

Gas Stations for Sale in Georgia

There are a few things to consider when looking at Georgia gas stations for sale. These include:

  • Convenience Store – A gas station with an up-to-date convenience store typically has a larger profit margin than a stand-alone gas station. This is, perhaps, the reason that many well-known gas station brands are paying more attention to the inside of their convenience stores, hoping to draw even more customers.
  • Branding – Many customers develop a trusting relationship with a specific gas brand, either through a franchise card that saves money per gallon or simply because they have had good experiences with the brand. There are pros and cons to both branded and unbranded gas stations in Georgia and being aware of them may help potential gas station purchasers to make an informed decision.
  • Location – Understanding how a gas station for sale in Georgia is impacted by its location is another important thing to consider. Potential buyers may find a higher price point when looking at gas stations that are in a better location but can almost certainly expect their investment to have a higher rate of return.
  • Competition – Taking a look at the competition in the area is also a good idea when looking at gas stations for sale as customers have little trouble changing loyalty to save a few cents per gallon.

Is Gas Station Ownership in Georgia for You?

If you are looking to buy a gas station in Georgia, rest assured, the market continues to increase. By taking a look at what businesses are for sale, evaluating location, brand and any local competition, it is possible to make a purchase that will yield positive results for years to come.

Georgia gas station for sale, Buy a gas station in Georgia

Georgia Gas Stations (BizBuySell)

Sandwiched between South Carolina, Florida and Alabama, Georgia is a state that features a wide variety in the way of terrain, city size and industry. Residents appreciate all types of topography found in Georgia, from mountains and beaches to lakes and farmland. The population of this state is growing at about 1.20% though it is already the 8th most populated state in the United States. Georgia’s diversity of industry, from energy to agriculture and tourism is also a draw to the state.

How to Buy a Gas Station in Georgia

Selecting the right gas station for sale in Georgia may seem overwhelming, however, there are several factors potential owners may want to consider while in the selection process.  These include:

  • Consider the Location – Visiting a Georgia gas station that is for sale is a great way to get a feel for the location of the business. Not only should potential buyers approve of the area of town the business is located in, they should also consider how local traffic patterns interact with the gas station.

  • Consider the Brand – While there are benefits to both branded and unbranded gas stations, becoming familiar with these is imperative to future business success.  Does a well-known franchise name and brand recognition outweigh the benefit of possible savings on fuel costs when not tied to a franchise?
  • Consider the Attached Store – An attached store, or convenience store, can help to increase the amount of revenue a gas station brings in. In fact, many gas station owners know that much of their profit is not from the gas they sell, but from the items sold in store.

  • Consider the Competition – Competition in the gas station industry is stiff, but there is certainly money to be made. Those looking to buying a gas station in Georgia should not forget to check out the local competition. While a little competition is healthy in any business, too much can lead to negative results.

Why Georgia?

Buying a gas station in Georgia might help a new business owner to take advantage of the state’s small business incentives. In order to help smaller companies to grow, the state of Georgia offers some tax relief, angel investor tax credits and may even offer financing up to $250,000 for business owners who are located in more rural parts of the state.

Available Options

Georgia gas stations for sale may also have the option of selling lottery tickets in-store which can bring in even more revenue. Whether you are interested in purchasing a bustling city gas station or one that caters to a more rural community, chances are good that Georgia has just the business for you.   Sources: http://worldpopulationreview.com/states/georgia-population/ http://www.nbcnews.com/id/23904590/ns/business-retail/t/stations-hope-you-fill-more-gas/#.W5AuHehKgak
