First Days of Autumn
With the return of Autumn, nothing seems better than a hot cup of coffee and some one on one time with your best friend or even by yourself. For many, it may seem like summer flew by in the blink of an eye.
Suddenly, all of the barbeques, fireworks, days at the beach, and lazy afternoons spent on the hammock are little more than fading memories, sliding further away as the air cools and the leaves turn to crisp, vibrant reminders that winter is on the way.
Now, the days grow shorter, the kids head back to school, and well-loved sweaters and jackets become standard fare, frequently longed for after a summertime of being forgotten. Good books, Snuggles and the softest blankets become welcome company.
Take some time during this change of seasons to write down some of the best memories of your epic summer. Then write a few things you are longing to experience this fall. Long hikes in the woods? A trip to Vermont during prime leaf season? Sipping hot chocolate while you eat decadent pumpkin pie? Write ‘em down, because until you do, they are fleeting dreams. Once you put it on paper, those plans might just become your new reality.

Exploring the Beauty of Southern Thailand
Is your Instagram feed full of the most amazing tropical scenery you’ve ever seen? Crystal blue waters, pristinely white sand beaches, rugged cliffs…the paradise you crave can be found in southern Thailand.
The beaches and towns of this area, especially the provinces of Phuket and Krabi, are popular tourist destinations for people who want to explore the caves, splash on the shore, and live it up in the cities. You can also arrive and plan to do nothing because this heaven on earth is all about kicking back and relaxing, no agenda, no work, no worries. Here’s why you should plan to travel to southern Thailand sooner, not later to satisfy your wanderlust.
Phuket is one of the more well-known places in Thailand. Here you’ll find a lively atmosphere of the town juxtaposed with small fishing towns, rubber tree plantations, and rural villages, with miles of beaches to delight you. When you aren’t soaking up sun on the shore, you can get your fill of the freshest seafood, prepared simply or in a flavorful curry.
Nature lovers may prefer visiting the islands of Krabi. This archipelago has lush tropical jungles, coral reefs, hidden caves, and those white beaches that attract eco-tourists who want to explore without damaging the environment. Expect fresh-caught seafood, exotic fruits, and other tropical flavors to grace the menus of restaurants and cafes in this region.

Parenthood, Screen Time
I want to give fun and informative tips for parents who wants to know the healthy amount of screen time for their kids. If you can summarize the Q & A part of David Anderson in the link provided.
Parent’s Guide to Healthy Screen Time for Kids
Summer is knocking on the door as many school teachers breathe a sigh of relief, straighten up their classrooms and look forward to having some much-needed downtime. And as nice as this sounds, there is another side to this story. Many parents worry about how to juggle their own responsibilities and still make time to provide constructive activities for their children.
Anyone in the throes of parenthood can tell you that they feel as if their life is run by a small army of their own creation. They will also tell you that it is all too easy to hand their child a digital device to entertain them while they continue to cross off items on the very long list of things that must be done.
Knowing how much screen time is healthy is one way for parents to plan summer schedules without having to wonder if they will damage their children by using the electronic babysitter too much.
David Anderson, Ph.D., advises that parents take time to look not only at how many minutes or hours are acceptable, but to think of all the ramifications of screen time instead. Think about what developmental skills your kids might miss or what unpleasantries (such as bullying) they might be exposed to. Take a minute to read this article for more information about how to make your summer about more than just taking naps and checking apps!
