Format:
Use the NEW Defero template provided in this link. Download the document with the little bubbles and write your article directly on it (or copy and paste from a regular Word document to it).
- The client name and the title should be in Calibri 14-point font, unbolded.
- The client name is listed in each of the tan bars above a block of articles.
- In some cases, the article topic can also be used as the title, unless it is worded awkwardly or is uninteresting. In those cases, a unique topic should be chosen.
- The rest of the content should be in Calibri 11-point font, with only the sub-headers bolded.
- List keywords, meta descriptions and social media posts in 11-point font below the client name and title, using the given prompts in the template.
- If there are no keywords, meta descriptions or social media posts, simply delete the lines that do not apply from the template.
- Use headers, bullet points and lists to break up the content and make it more readable.
- Avoid repetitive language throughout your posts
- Where applicable and natural, please include a small call to action at the end to schedule an appointment or to contact for questions.
- NOTE: Please make sure to incorporate links within the content more seamlessly. Instead of saying “this page” or “here” be more specific, such as “preventative tips page”
Every article will go through specialized editing. The editors review the articles based on the requirements in this training page as well as the following links. Please review these links to ensure that you are meeting all requirements (especially voice and tone requirements).
