Client Name: Income Store
Client URL: www.incomestore.com
Income store orders a mix of both review-type and purely informative content pieces. Specific guidelines for each article will be provided in the URL column. Unless stated in the specific guidelines, you are not writing as “Income Store.”
*Except for the client website in column A, you can ignore the information on the tan bars. That is for organization and contains information for the editors.
Tone/Voice:
- YOU MUST follow the guidelines given in the client document provided in the URL column (column C). If there is no link, use one of the links below based on what type of article is indicated in that column.
- If you cannot access the URL given in the URL column, please request access and wait 24 hours to see if access is given. If you do not receive access, use one of the following generic templates based on the type of article you are writing:
- NOTE: If you feel that the client gave us the wrong template to use, please use the correct one. For example, if your keyword is “best vitamin C serum,” and you were given the “Review” or “Informational” template, you should use the “Best of” template instead.
Keywords:
- If given, use the keywords one time in the meta and at least once in the article body.
- Make sure keywords are grammatically correct.
Format:
- Follow the guidelines given in the document provided in the URL column (column C).
- If you’re going significantly over the word count by following the guidelines, you can slightly modify the client template. DO NOT cut out the “meat” of your article. For example, you do not want to remove product review information required by the Best of or Review templates.
- TIP 1: Start with the product information first and work around that to meet your word count.
- TIP 2: Be concise so you can add as much info as requested. Ex: Write “N/A” instead of writing an explanation about something not being available.
- Always use the word count listed in column A, even if the client guidelines (URL) give a different number.
- If you’re going significantly over the word count by following the guidelines, you can slightly modify the client template. DO NOT cut out the “meat” of your article. For example, you do not want to remove product review information required by the Best of or Review templates.
- Please do not use hard returns to add spaces between paragraphs. (To enhance readability, you can set your paragraph spacing defaults to 6 pt (Before) and 12 pt (After)).
- Please use the Income Store template listed on the “Writing Style Template” tab, unless the client gives you other formatting instructions.
- You must use Title / Heading 1 (H1) / Heading 2 (H2) style headings.
- Some guidelines in the URL column have notes for the publisher. Ignore these notes. Do not include them in your text!
- For example, you may see a note for the publisher to create a comparison table. Just give the information for the comparison table (see Best of examples). Do not create a table.
- If the topic/client template requires you to discuss a certain number of products but you can’t find that many, please review as many as possible. Indicate in your submission email why you could not meet the prompt.
- Do not use a call to action unless the client specifically asks you to do so in the client guidelines.
- No: “Call us …”
- No: “Comment below …”
- No: “Contact us …
Add-Ons (Each blog should include a Meta Description and a relevant Image):
Add-Ons DO NOT count toward your overall word count.
Meta Description: A 320-character description (with spaces) of what the article is about. Try to include at least one keyword and get as close to 320 characters (with spaces) as possible. The meta must be between 280 and 320 characters (with spaces).
- Do not copy text from the article and use it as the meta. The meta must be original.
- Here’s more information on metas, though the ones featured here are shorter than what our client calls for: http://submit.bkacontent.com/2016/11/08/ots-meta-descriptions-2/.
Images: Go to https://depositphotos.com/, search for an image that is relevant to your article, and copy and paste the URL the picture is found on into your word doc at the top. We will go in and download it.
Add-On Formatting:
Add-ons should be placed at the top of the article like this:
Meta Description: Climate change has the world in crisis, but solar panels have become accepted as a major part of the solution. Efficiently harvesting the sun’s energy with little to no pollutive impact on the environment, solar panels now look to be the answer the world needs to put a stop to an increasing global catastrophe.

Unless a client gives you specific formatting guidelines, please use this template to write your content:
Doing so helps us create a more consistent product.
Word Heading Styles:
Are you confused about how to use Microsoft Word’s heading styles section to format your H1s and H2s? Check out this helpful article: Adding a Heading in Word.
- Always use the word count listed on the Income Store spreadsheet, even if it is different than what is listed in the URL document.
- Sometimes you will be given a very detailed document to follow in the URL column, but sometimes it will be a generic outline. Please follow the guidelines as closely as possible, but if you aren’t given a specific format to follow, feel free to be as creative as you would like. If the client doesn’t tell what heading styles to use, please use the Income Store Template to guide you.
- If you are struggling to come up with enough words, try Googling the topic and finding other reviews or articles that already exist on the internet to help formulate some ideas.
- One way to come up with different angles/sections for Info Content pieces is to use the website https://answerthepublic.com/. Just type in a keyword/phrase, and the site generates a selection of questions and phrases related to your input.
- If a writer runs into a review for a product that does not exist anymore, we go by the rule that the review turns in to a best of with a title something like “[number] [product that doesn’t exist anymore] alternatives”
- Save the blogs as the Website name [tan bar] – blog topic [column D] – assignment # [column N]
- Ex: quickcareorer.com – 10 Tips On How To Get Rid Of A Stye – 1
- Please put Income Store – Website name [tan bar] – assignment #s [column N] in the email subject line

The Search For a 32-Inch 4K TV: The Best Alternative Options
If you’ve been on the hunt for a 32-inch 4K TV, your search has probably left you frustrated and confused. You may have noticed a lack of 4K options when it comes to a television of this size, and there’s a reason for that. Most technology brands are opting to not manufacture 4K models under a 40-inch size. No matter if you have a small space or just really don’t want a larger set taking up room, if you have your heart set on a 32-inch 4K TV, you do have other options. While you may not be able to specifically locate a 4K television of this size, 32-inch 4K monitors abound. Particularly if you’re running low on room or want products that are ultimate multi-taskers, one of these monitors could easily be set up to accommodate both your entertainment and productivity needs.
32-Inch 4K Screens: The FAQs
1. Are there any 32-inch 4K televisions currently being manufactured?
No. Currently, the smallest 4K TV sets come in a 40-inch size.
2. What can I buy instead of a 32-inch 4K television if I really want to stick with that size?
You could instead opt for a 32-inch 4K monitor. If you don’t mind upgrading in size, you could also choose a 40-inch 4K television. In some instances, purchasing a larger television over the monitor could be less expensive.
3. Can I watch television on a 32-inch monitor?
Yes. With some additional equipment, a monitor can be converted for watching network or cable television programming.
4. What supplies will I need to watch television on my monitor?
To access network television, you’ll need a TV tuner and an antenna to catch a local signal. For cable television, you’ll require a cable box. Although all of the monitors that we discuss in this overview do come equipped with audio speakers, many of them wouldn’t be considered top notch. You may choose to use or purchase higher quality speakers.

Meta Description: Artistic gymnastics is a popular sport in which competitors utilize apparatuses to perform routines that demonstrate their strength, flexibility and control. Understanding the way these seven apparatuses are used and how international performances are evaluated will enhance appreciation for this sport.

7 Apparatuses of Artistic Gymnastics
Artistic gymnastics is characterized by free-flowing short routines utilizing various apparatuses. After women could participate at the Olympic Games beginning in 1934, the sport split into two branches: women’s and men’s. Artistic gymnastics is one of the more popular events at the Summer Olympic Games.
The required elements of the routines are set out in the Code of Points designed by the International Federation of Gymnastics, which regulates all aspects of international elite competition. Individual countries have their own national organizations fulfilling this function within their borders.
1. The Vault Table
The vault is an explosive event performed by both men and women. The apparatus used in this event, the vaulting table, is set at a height of 4 feet 5 inches for men and 4 feet 3 inches for women. The table is constructed of metal about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide, and it’s covered in a springy padding.
Competitors demonstrate a vault of their choice from one of five categories during the international competition’s three stages: Qualifying, Team Final and All-Around Final. The gymnast may also elect to qualify for the vault apparatus final and, if she or he does so, must perform a second vault during the qualification round and the Apparatus Final. For men, these two vaults must be from different element groups, while in women’s competition, the vaults must demonstrate one of five categories of techniques for springing from the table.
Gymnasts must perform the vault they have elected to earn a score. They are expected to gain height and distance from the table and will receive deductions if they fail to land squarely on both feet. Women competitors can take a second try if they balk during the approach to the vault, so long as they have not yet touched the springboard or table. Male competitors are given a score of zero if they balk during the approach.
2. The Floor
Floor exercises are also performed by both men and women gymnasts. The apparatus is a spring floor, simply referred to as the floor. The floor is constructed to provide bounce to the gymnast, enabling the awe-inspiring tumbling routines they perform. The out-of-bounds area is clearly designated around the perimeter of the 39-foot square performance area.
In international events competitors performed a choreographed routine that lasts a maximum of 90 seconds for women and 70 seconds for men. The women’s routine includes dance elements and is performed to music of any style but containing no lyrics. The women’s floor exercise must include a 180-degree split, a double saltos (flip), a saltos with at least one full twist and a saltos going forward or sideways and backward. There can be as many as four tumbling lines and several dance elements. The floor exercise for male gymnasts does not include the dance elements and is not performed to music. The men’s floor exercise must include at least one non-acrobatic element, one forward acrobatic movement and one backwards or Arabian acrobatic element.
Scoring for these events is based on the overall difficulty, form and overall performance quality. The artistry of female gymnast’s performances is also evaluated. Deductions are given for stepping out of bounds, falls and failing to use the entire floor. Male gymnasts are also evaluated on the control they demonstrate doing handstands and awarded deductions for pausing before a tumbling line.
3. The Parallel Bars
The parallel bars is an apparatus used by male gymnasts in artistic gymnastics events. The 11.5-foot wooden bars are held parallel 6.6 feet above the floor by a metal frame. The distance between the bars varies between 17 and 20 inches to accommodate the gymnast.
At the international competition level, gymnasts must perform a routine that includes elements from all element groups and a dismount. The element groups include: under swings, a position demonstrating support on the hands; long swings; and maneuvers that start in the upper arm position, resting on the upper biceps.
The gymnast’s performance on the parallel bars is evaluated for the precision of the maneuvers that are executed and the overall form displayed. Deductions are taken from the gymnast’s score if he fails to control the swing elements or if he adjusts his hand position while performing handstands.
4. The Pommel Horse
The pommel horse is generally considered to be the most difficult of the events in artistic gymnastics and is performed only by male gymnasts. The apparatus consists of a padded metal body covered with leather and has two adjustable handholds, or pommels, spaced 16 to 18 inches apart. The pommel horse is a bit over 5 feet long and stands just under 4 feet tall from the top of the apparatus to the floor.
The gymnast performs a choreographed routine across the top of the pommel horse using the handholds to propel his body in a continuous circular motion. As with other events, at the international level, the routine must include a dismount and elements from all element groups set by the Code of Points: traveling across the top of the apparatus, single leg swings or scissor maneuvers, and circles or flairs that may include use of the handholds and handstands.
Throughout the routine, the gymnast is evaluated on his form and is expected to keep his legs straight and feet pointed. Except where the maneuver requires otherwise, such as while performing flairs or splits, the legs must stay together. Points are deducted for failures in form, for hesitations in the routine or if the gymnast brushes the apparatus during the routine.
5. The Still Rings
Routines performed on the still rings require an extraordinary degree of upper body strength and are performed only by male gymnasts. The two rings are suspended 9.8 feet above the floor and are 1.6 feet apart. The gymnast uses ring grips during the exercise.
Competitors perform routines consisting of an aerial dismount and swing, strength and hold elements. The Iron Cross, in which the gymnast extends his arms straight out from the sides of the body and holds his body suspended in a cross shape for at least two seconds, is an example of the strength and hold element.
As with other events, the gymnast’s overall form is evaluated. The gymnast must keep his expression neutral and will have points deducted for grimacing or grunting during the routine. Bonus points are awarded to the gymnast if he performs consecutive static hold elements based on the difficulty of the maneuvers that are executed.
6. The Uneven Bars
The uneven bars apparatus is used only by female gymnasts. The bars are parallel, with the upper bar set 8.2 feet and the lower bar set 5.6 feet above the floor. The diagonal distance between the bars adjusts between 4.3 and 6.2 feet.
Routines performed on the uneven bars are characterized by spins and traveling between bars. At the international competition level, the gymnast must include flight elements between the high and low bars and on one of the bars, in addition to using two different grips: a close bar circle element and a non-flight element with a turn, such as turning handstands. The gymnast is not allowed to stand or balance on the top bar.
The skills performed are assigned set values depending on their difficulty, and the gymnast is evaluated based on her form and execution of the elements. Points are deducted for several execution errors such as pauses during the routine, falls, taking steps on the dismount and the inclusion of swings that do not transition to a new element. Deductions are also taken if a gymnast hits the bar or floor with her foot during the routine.
7. The Balance Beam
Female gymnasts use the balance beam, an apparatus that is 4 feet high, 16 feet long and 3.9 inches wide. Beams are covered in a leather-like material to improve traction and have spring to reduce stress injuries from the high-difficulty tumbling and dance maneuvers executed by competitors. The gymnast can wear special beam shoes or perform in bare feet and chalk her hands and feet to improve her stability on the beam.
During the event, gymnasts perform choreographed routines that are 70 to 90 seconds long. The routine must include a dismount and acrobatic elements going both forwards and backwards, a full turn on one foot, a series incorporating two acrobatic elements and a combination of dance elements that includes a hop, leap or jump with the legs in a 180-degree split.
During scoring, deductions are taken for lapses in control, such as wobbling or balance checks. If a gymnast falls during the event, a deduction is awarded, but she is allowed 10 seconds to get back on the beam and continue her routine.
It is the variety of apparatuses that distinguishes artistic gymnastics from other forms of the sport. While individual gymnasts may not excel at all events, they are required to participate in all events for the team portion of the competition. This makes it important to achieve some proficiency with each of these apparatuses to be successful in this sport.
Meta Description: Natural gas is responsible for 33% of America’s electricity. Society is moving away from coal and oil and relying more heavily on natural gas as an energy source. Pros and Cons of Natural Gas
Background on Natural Gas
Millions of years ago, plants, animals and microscopic organisms lived in the shallow, salty waters of Earth’s ocean. These creatures died and were buried under layers of sand, clay and silt. With the magic combination of heat, time and pressure, their remains transformed into three fossil fuels known today as coal, oil and natural gas.
Of these three fossil fuels, natural gas is considered the cleanest. It is odorless, colorless and shapeless. Natural gas is primarily composed of methane, which is identified by a four-hydrogen-single-carbon structure. Other compounds, such as ethane, propane and butane, make up a minimal portion of natural gas. A cleaning process removes hydrocarbons, water and carbon dioxide, purifying natural gas to be used in numerous ways throughout the modern world today.
History of Natural Gas
The Chinese first used natural gas to separate salt from ocean water and obtain drinkable water in 500 B.C. Manufactured natural gas was used for gas lights in Britain and America in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. However, the first manmade well with the intention of extracting non-manufactured natural gas came in 1821 with William Hart and the birth of the natural gas industry in Fredonia, New York. This natural gas was primarily used for light. Natural gas began to be used for cooking and heating with Robert Bunsen’s invention of the Bunsen burner in 1885.
Newly developed technologies after WWII enabled natural gas to be transported even more safely and efficiently, paving the way for natural gas to be used as it is today. Natural gas fuels our everyday lives by heating homes, fueling large scale industries and enabling household items such as ovens and water heaters to operate. The electricity used to charge a phone, listen to music or blow-dry hair comes from natural gas. Natural gas itself is invisible, but its impact is witnessed every day.
Modern Day Uses of Natural Gas
In the United States, nearly 29% of the total energy supply depends on natural gas. Consumption of this natural gas is split between industrial, electric and residential/commercial sectors with only a minor amount – as little as 3% – being used for transportation. (The gas used to fuel most automobiles comes from crude oil, not natural gas).
Industrial sectors use natural gas as a heat source to facilitate the production of everyday materials, including plastic and glass. It can also be used as a raw material in fabrics, fertilizers and various chemical compounds. Residential/commercial sectors primarily use natural gas for heating and lighting. Recent years have tracked an increase in using natural gas for cooling and cooking as well. Electric sectors use natural gas to generate 33% of the nation’s electricity. The only fuel that generates more electricity is coal.
The United States produces the most natural gas worldwide. Today, there are natural gas companies located in every state. Some of the largest natural gas companies include EQT/Rice, ExxonMobil, Chesapeake Energy and Southwestern Energy Company. Natural gas wells are located both on and offshore, with Texas and Pennsylvania being the highest natural gas producing states. Between geoscientists, extractors, safety managers, distributors and more, the natural gas industry is responsible for employing millions of individuals.
Pros of Natural Gas
Humans have been using natural gas for over 150 years because it is a natural resource with many uses. To understand the modern-day debate around natural gas, it is important to consider the advantages of its use.
Emissions One of the loudest environmental issues today is changes in climate related to the concentration of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, in the atmosphere. When compared to oil and coal, natural gas emits the lowest levels of carbon dioxide when burned. It emits 45% less than coal and 30% less than oil. It also releases a lower level of air particulates because byproducts are in a gaseous form. Thus, out the of three fossil fuels, natural gas has a lower impact on the environment.
Abundance The U.S. uses a lot of natural gas, and there is still a lot left to use. There is an estimated 2,355 trillion cubic feet (TcF) of natural gas in the United States and 6,879 TcF in the world. Let’s put those numbers into perspective. Approximately 73.6 billion cubic feet (BcF) of natural gas was produced per day in the United States in 2017, and it is estimated there is enough natural gas to fuel the States for over 80 more years. Other countries with high reserves of natural gas are Russia and Iran. In a world of tension around importing and trading oil, it is an advantage for the United States to have such a high level of natural gas produced locally and, in turn, decrease its dependence on foreign countries.
Infrastructure The first natural gas pipeline in the United States was constructed in 1891 and ran from Indiana to Chicago. Since then, over 3 million miles of pipeline have been established across the country. These pipelines take natural gas from production wells to processing facilities through distribution lines until finally reaching its destination. It is an enormous, well-integrated system already in place and ready to work.
Cons of Natural Gas
It is important to consider both sides of the natural gas debate. There are several disadvantages to using natural gas.
Non-Renewable Like its fellow fossil fuels of coal and oil, natural gas is a non-renewable resource. This means once the supply of natural gas is depleted, it is gone forever. As a non-renewable source of energy, natural gas is also an unsustainable source of fuel for the modern-day economy. Fueling our world far into the future will require a shift to renewable resources.
Extraction Natural gas is stored underground in conventional and unconventional ways. To extract the gas, a well is drilled through layers of sediment until it reaches the reserve and gas can be extracted with natural pressure. Unconventional methods of drilling access pockets of gas that cannot be reached with conventional methods. This occurs when the natural gas is stored in the impermeable layers of shale rock. Such unconventional methods include horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing (also known as fracking). Fracking is an example of human ingenuity, where a stream of fracking fluid splits the rock and holds it open with small grains while letting gas flow out. This fracking fluid can contaminate groundwater, and the flowback of fluid is left in underground disposal wells. Such methods of extraction damage the environment by increasing risks of chemical contamination and erosion.
Methane Natural gas is primarily composed of methane, which is a far more potent greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide. This means methane traps more heat than carbon dioxide. Leaks in wells and transport pipelines release high levels of methane into the environment. This negatively contributes to worldwide climate change and upsets chemical compositions in ecosystems. Leaks in the household are also dangerous. Methane is colorless and odorless as well as dangerous. Undetected natural gas leaks in the household may lead to illness or death, which is why the odorant mercaptan must be added, making a leak easily detectable by a scent similar to rotten eggs. Extra safety precautions must be taken in the workplace because methane is highly flammable.
How Does Natural Gas Affect Me?
There is a steadily increasing shift away from coal and oil to natural gas for electricity production. And with advances in technology, modern society is advancing in applications of natural gas. Recent and ongoing developments are creating affordable, efficient vehicles that run on forms of natural gas known as compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquified natural gas (LNG).
It is important to be well-informed about natural gas to follow energy debates that shape environmental aspects of modern-day politics and economics. Much of the natural gas debate centers around society’s shifting reliance on it as an energy source. Some view natural gas as a bridge from non-renewable to renewable energy sources because of its high abundance and low emissions. It is a way to move away from reliance on high-polluting energy sources of coal and oil. Others disagree because of the environmental consequences of extracting natural gas. Instead, they believe there should be a more direct shift to renewable sources such as solar and wind energy. As the dependence on natural gas increases, so too will the negative environmental effects that are the consequence of retrieving the gas from underground.
Can I Get Involved?
Several organizations focus on researching and supporting safe, low-risk methods of extracting and using natural gas, including the Environmental Defense Fund, the Natural Resources Defense Council and many other grassroots organizations. Some states have local organizations, such as the citizen-based organization Environment Texas. See if your home state has an environmental advocacy organization with a focus on natural gas.
Natural gas is a fossil fuel and a non-renewable resource. Consider being environmentally aware and decreasing fossil fuel consumption by turning off lights in empty rooms, using public or green modes of transportation and exploring alternative renewable energy sources for powering your home.

Review: Titan Black Wetsuit
Whether you are taking a dive or surfing the waves, a wetsuit is one of the most important pieces of gear you can buy. It’s the one piece of gear that will keep you warm in cool waters and protected in any temperature. Cold water temperatures aren’t just uncomfortable, but could be dangerous in many situations. Wetsuits aren’t a piece of gear to be taken lightly, so you should carefully research the best brand and style for your next big trip. Whether you are a casual diver or a professional surfer, you need a wetsuit that is warm, comfortable and durable.
Check out the Reactive Titan Black Wetsuit by Bare Sports. This high-quality wetsuit offers a range of features that make it one of the best on the market. In order to better understand what makes this wetsuit unique, take a look at this complete review. You’ll find all the information you need to choose a wetsuit. We’ll look at the specifications of this wetsuit, discover more about the brand and compare the Reactive Titan Black with other highly rated wetsuits.
Choosing the Right Wetsuit
At a glance, most wetsuits look remarkably similar. If you aren’t familiar with the specific features of wetsuits, it can be difficult to justify spending hundreds of extra dollars on a brand name wetsuit. In order to understand what you are buying, and why it might be a good idea to purchase an expensive wetsuit, here is a list of the basic features that all wetsuits offer.
Like most gear, wetsuits are specialized for your environment and activity level. Consider the water temperature, how much strenuous swimming you’ll be doing and how often you’ll be using your wetsuit. If you are planning on using your wetsuit for a variety of activities or in several different seasons, you may want to consider purchasing more than one wetsuit. There’s nothing worse than being too hot or too cold while you are trying to enjoy a water sport.
Warmth
One of the most important steps to enjoying a safe day in the water is research. Be sure you know the range of water temperatures to expect. Scuba divers in particular can be exposed to incredibly cold water temperatures, even on a hot day. Think about the water temperature, air temperature, wind and your activity. Thankfully, there are wetsuits designed for almost any temperature.
Wetsuits are classified based on their thickness. Most wetsuits are made of neoprene, which is a rubber-like substance that is flexible, durable and offers good insulation. Wetsuits get their name from the water they let in, so you won’t stay dry when you are using a wetsuit. However, the air bubbles in the neoprene still allow you to stay warm, particularly with thick neoprene wetsuits.
Wetsuits are typically between 3 mm and 6 mm thick. Some wetsuits are as thin as 0.5 mm or as thick as 7 mm. Each thickness allows for a particular range of water temperatures in which most divers still feel warm. However, the temperature is very dependent on your sensitivity to cold and your activity level.
If a wetsuit is advertised with multiple numbers, it means the suit is designed with various thicknesses. Typically, the body of these wetsuits is thicker and more insulated, while the arms and legs are thinner and more flexible. For example, a ¾ mm wetsuit will usually have a 4 mm torso and 3 mm arms and legs.
The wetsuits on this list are all 5 mm. This makes them rated for temperatures between 43 and 52 degrees. However, most divers also wear boots and gloves at these temperatures, so use your own judgement when determining the best temperatures for your wetsuit.
Length and Size
There are several different styles of wetsuit available, depending on your preference and the temperature. Most common wetsuits are full wetsuits. These cover your entire body except for your hands, feet and head. Another popular style is often called a shorty. Shorties have short sleeves and legs, so they are better for warmer weather. You’ll also typically find shorties with thinner neoprene. Most are under 3 mm thick. There are other options, such as separate upper and lower portions, and many divers choose to add a hood, boots, gloves or a jacket for additional insulation in cool waters.
Choose your size carefully. Most sizes come with dimensions. You want a wetsuit that is skin-tight in order to get the most flexibility and insulation. You want to be sure you can move easily, but it should be difficult to put on dry. Once a wetsuit becomes wet, you don’t want it sagging or loose. There shouldn’t, however, be pressure on your shoulders when you reach above your head. This is a sign of a wetsuit that is too tight.
Stitches
Wetsuits aren’t made of a single piece of material, so they need to be stitched together. High-quality wetsuits pay particular attention to the seams. These are the areas of greatest weakness, heat loss and discomfort. There are plenty of different styles of stitching to choose from, and pros and cons for each one. Consider stitching that is durable and flexible. For warmer temperatures, you want stitching that is more watertight for cooler temperatures, and stitching that is more flexible for warmer temperatures.
What Is the 5 mm Reactive Titan Black Wetsuit?
Bare Sports offers this premium wetsuit with a wide range of special features. It’s specifically designed to be warm and flexible. From the stitching to the neoprene, this wetsuit offers plenty of great design elements. The Reactive Titan Black series includes the most popular and most premium wetsuits by Bare Sports. Consider these if you are looking for a combination of flexibility and warmth.
Reactive series wetsuits are highly rated, so if you love these features you can also consider the 3 mm or 7 mm wetsuits. Because of the innovative insulation technology, even the 3 mm wetsuit will be warmer than most wetsuits. However, it will be much lighter than the 5 mm version, so you can use this for warmer dives. Thinner neoprene also offers more flexibility and a lower price point.
If you are looking for an option for warmer waters, consider the Bare S-Flex series. These suits are better designed for warm waters, flexible movement and durable, comfortable wear. This guide will compare the Reactive Titan Black wetsuits with other 5 mm suits in order to offer the best comparison options.
Now that you’re hooked, take a look at some of the accessories offered by Bare Sports. You can purchase matching 5 mm boots, hoods or jackets for added warmth.
Specifications of the Bare 5 mm Reactive Titan Black Wetsuit
- $479.95
- 5 mm neoprene
- 3 mm and 7mm options also available
- Liquid and taped seams
- Infrared technology
- Velcro collar
- Ankle zippers
- Two-year warranty
From head to toe, this wetsuit was created for warmth and strength. It uses Celliant Infrared Technology to keep you warm. This unique design features thermoreactive minerals, which offers the ultimate insulation for the same thickness.
Bare paid particular attention to the seams on these wetsuits. The Reactive Titan Back wetsuit doesn’t have any traditional stitches, but uses liquid seams and complete taping to offer a smooth, insulated seam. These wetsuits don’t include blind stitching, which is common with wetsuits.
There are plenty of sizes available, anatomically cut for both men and women, so you’ll be able to find one that fits you perfectly. It’s important to choose an anatomical wetsuit, in order to reduce sagging areas. The back zipper is extra long and designed to offer maximum insulation. There’s additional zippers at each ankle, which are an impressive 11 inches long. This helps make the suit easy to put on and take off, while still remaining skin-tight and comfortable. If you are an avid surfer or diver, you know the importance of a durable wetsuit. The Reactive Titan Black wetsuit has durable knee pads that still remain flexible enough for comfortable use.
Unlike a 5/4 mm wetsuit, the Reactive Titan Black uses 5 mm neoprene for every inch of the wetsuit. While this offers more insulation, it makes the wetsuit less flexible than competitors. Consider the range of movement you’ll need with your wetsuit.
Pricing
Be prepared to pay anywhere from $90 to $500 for a wetsuit. Quality and materials vary dramatically, so take each feature into account before choosing the perfect wetsuit. Inexpensive wetsuits can be uncomfortable, improperly insulated for cold water and inflexible when compared to more premium suits. Higher priced wetsuits are usually worth the additional expense.
With the price range in mind, you can see the the 5mm Reactive Black Titan wetsuit is one of the most expensive suits on the market. However, it comes with plenty of features to make the cost a wise investment. If you love hitting the waves or diving, you’ll want a wetsuit that will keep you comfortable and last for years to come. This wetsuit offers both, and also provides a comfortable range of movement.
However, if you are looking for a wetsuit for an occasional weekend getaway, the Reactive series may be too expensive for your needs. It’s also not a great wetsuit for summer beaches in the tropics. Choose this suit for northern expeditions or cooler seasons.

5mm Henderson Thermoprene Wetsuit
The Henderson 5mm wetsuit offers an excellent bargain on a reasonable wetsuit. Thermoprene is a specialized neoprene by Henderson that offers a balance of insulation and stretch. It’s resistant to abrasion and a very durable material for the price range.
This wetsuit has seams that have blind stitching and glue. These seams aren’t as comfortable or sealed as the Reactive Black Titan wetsuit, but are more insulated than many other, less expensive suits. The knee pads are also designed to be flexible, and the suit comes in plenty of sizes for men and women. Overall, it’s a reasonable wetsuit for its price range, but clearly not in the same price category as the Reactive line. Choose this wetsuit if you are an occasional diver who is still looking for a quality suit.
- $261.99
- Ease of Use: 4/5
- Build Quality: 3/5
- Warranty: 5/5
Waterproof 5 mm Wetsuit
For another premium wetsuit, try the Waterproof 5 mm full suit. The neoprene is durable and offers great insulation, and the knee pads are reinforced as well. However, the seams use blind stitching as well as glue, which makes them less watertight then the Reactive Black Titan seams. Rather than the traditional black color scheme, this suit offers striking silver patterns and lines. The arms and legs remain flexible despite the thickness, and the zipper is designed to be easy to use and insulated. It doesn’t offer the same innovative technology as the Reactive Black Titan, but is still a strong choice for a premium-priced suit.
- $399.95
- Ease of Use: 5/5
- Build Quality: 4/5
- Warranty: 4/5
Titan Black Wetsuit Pros and Cons
Pros
- Innovative insulation technology
- Durable, waterproof seams
- Two-year warranty
Cons
- Expensive
- Too thick for warm waters
Conclusion
If you’re looking for the best money can buy, the Bare 5 mm Reactive Black Titan wetsuit is one of the most premium full suits on the market. Everything from the reactive technology to the glued and taped seams allows this suit to be comfortable, durable and extremely warm. It’s perfect for deep dives or cool evenings in the water.
While it’s not the best choice for warm weather, this wetsuit is still a great choice for any avid scuba diver or surfer. Consider choosing the 3 mm Reactive wetsuit if you are going in warm waters, or buy both for year-round protection. Beginners may consider a less expensive wetsuit, particularly if you aren’t going to use it often. Now that you’ve researched the Reactive Black Titan wetsuit, you’re able to make an informed purchase. Choose the wetsuit that offers the best quality, durability and price for your needs. Once you’ve chosen the most important apparel for a day in the water, you’re one step closer to your next big adventure.

Find Your Perfect Television – Could It Be the Samsung UN32J4000?
As of 2015, more than half of American households have one or two televisions, and almost forty percent have three or more, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. This statistic comes as no surprise; for most families, the television is more than a source of entertainment. It alerts you and your family to dangers such as bad weather, product recalls, and more. It keeps you informed about important events locally, across the country, and around the world. It’s a source of learning about the planet we all occupy.
For all those reasons and more, when it’s time to buy a new TV, you want to take your time and choose the model that fits your living space and your lifestyle best. After all, a flat-screen LDC model will likely last through more than 100,000 hours of use, so you want to ask yourself some important questions. Will you hang it on the wall or set it on a desk? Do you need something to watch at night before you fall asleep, or do you want to be able to surf the net and watch YouTube videos?
As you think through these things, you may find that the Samsung UN32J4000 is a set to consider. It may even deserve a spot at the top of your short list, depending on where and how you plan to use it.
Samsung UN32J4000
The Samsung UN32J4000 is a 32-inch LCD high-definition television with LED backlighting for crisp, clear definition in 720p resolution. A unique feature of Samsung models is the Wide Color Enhancer. This technology brings you vivid, lifelike images, even when the content is older and was not made in a high definition format. It works by saturating each pixel with its intended color.
Enhancing the experience is the DTS Premium Sound system and built-in speakers that bring you a premium audio experience. This technology keeps the volume consistent without the fluctuations you get with some sets. From bass to midrange to high, every sound, including dialogue, is clear and crisp. This TV comes preprogrammed with set levels for movies, music, sports, and more. Of course, you can modify the presets if you prefer.
Whether you’re looking for a set on which to play video games or you just want to enjoy your favorite TV show or movie, the Samsung UN32J4000 is worth a look. It’s a budget-friendly option that lacks some of the bells and whistles of higher-end models but still gets the job done in the right space.
Specifications
The Samsung UN32J4000 has three inputs capable of handling high-definition components, two HDMI and one composite video. The last one doubles as a composite-video input. A USB port allows you to enjoy content from your flash drive, such as pictures, videos, and music. The screen and bezel both have a glossy finish, so it’s visually appealing whether you mount it on the wall or set it on a table. The TV also features a digital tuner and a 12-month parts and labor warranty, which is standard in the industry for this class of product.
Pricing
The Samsung UN32J4000 first appeared in stores in 2015, but you can still find it on retail shelves of electronics merchants such as Best Buy, where it sells for $179.99. Online, you can get one through Newegg for $177.99 and Amazon for $199.99, among others. Several retailers offer this television as part of bundled packages with other components, such as a DVD player. You definitely want to shop around to find the best value for your hard-earned dollars.
How It Compares
Samsung UN32J4000:
- Price: The lowest price we found for this television was $177.99 when purchased alone. However, if you’re looking to expand the possibilities, it was available in kits bundled with other components for up to $249.99.
- Ease of use: 5 out of 5 stars – This is a good choice for a small space, such as a bedroom or a home office. If you’re sending a college student off to school, many purchasers report that it fits well in a dorm room. While users rave about the light weight and the excellent picture, they do lament that the UN32J4000 has no place to plug in headphones, speakers, or a sound bar. This lack of enhanced sound accessories means it may be hard to hear if used in a large room. Also, this set doesn’t have SMART capability, so if you’re looking for a TV that lets you surf the web or watch YouTube videos, this won’t be the best option for you.
- Build quality: 3 out of 5 stars – The sleek black finish coordinates well with most décor styles. The structure is strong and durable, though some reviewers felt the feet were difficult to attach and not as sturdy as they would have liked. Some buyers were disappointed in the fact that the set actually measures 3 x 2.7 x 17.1 inches rather than the advertised 32 inches.
- Warranty: 3 out of 5 – Samsung provides a one-year warranty on parts and labor when the UN32J4000 is used a residential setting. That is reduced to 90 days if it is used in a commercial environment. If you do need to have it repaired, the unit must be taken into an approved facility, as Samsung does not provide in-home service on sets smaller than 40 inches.
TCL 32S305 32-Inch 720p Roku Smart LED TV (2017 Model):
- Price: $149.99
- Ease of use: 5 out of 5 stars – The lightweight design makes this television easy to mount on the wall or set out on a counter or table. You get a lot of features for something in this price range, including a headphone jack, SMART capability, and an easy to use, compact remote. It’s the SMART capability that really makes this television stand out over the Samsung UN32J4000. You can enjoy many more types of programming with the TCL model.
- Build quality: 3 out of 5 stars – While most users report the quality of the set to be as adequate as expected, a significant number of buyers do report having a blue line of dead pixels appear midscreen after a few weeks of use. While TCL did take care of those situations under warranty, the experience was still frustrating for the consumers. Also, the color and contrast of this set don’t earn the praise that the Samsung UN32J4000 does, so if the visual experience is your priority, you may want to keep looking.
- Warranty: 4 out of 5 stars – TCL provides one year of coverage for the parts and labor in a residence, and 90 days in a business environment. At TCL’s discretion, they will either pay for repairs at an authorized service center or replace the unit. If they instruct you to take the television in for work, you have to deliver it there or cover the expense of shipping if that is necessary.
Sony 32-Inch 720 p Smart LED TV KDL32W600D (2016):
- Price: $296.90
- Ease of use: 5 out of 5 stars – Users describe this as one of the easiest televisions they’ve ever had to set up. The remote gets high praise as one that is easy to use, even for those who are not technologically inclined. The colors and contrast of the display are vivid and bright. The built-in WiFi and SMART capabilities do raise the price significantly over other TVs in this comparison, but they give you so many new options that the Sony is worth considering if you can fit it into your budget.
- Build quality: 5 out of 5 stars – The narrow frame lets you capture more of the picture, giving you an almost edge-to-edge image. One unique feature of this Sony model is that the back of the set is made with a collection of pockets and channels for routing and storing cables. You don’t end up with a mess of “wire spaghetti” between the set and the wall, reducing the risk of malfunctions.
- Warranty: 4 out of 5 stars – For one year after purchase, Sony will repair or replace the product in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. However, support and technical assistance with any included software is not covered by the warranty unless specifically spelled out in the documentation.
LG 32-Inch 720p LED TV 32LJ500B (2017)
- Price: $178.98
- Ease of use: 4 out of 5 stars – This wall-mountable TV gets high marks from users on the quality of the 720p HD picture, colors, and contrast. The most commonly cited downside with this unit is that it has three HDMI ports but no audio out ports. Also, it is has no SMART capability, so you cannot surf the internet or connect to Bluetooth with this set. For anything beyond basic TV viewing, you may want to consider a higher-end model.
- Build quality: 5 out of 5 stars – The overwhelming majority of consumer reviews are complimentary of the weight and structure of this LG television. One user claims he could hold it in one hand while he managed the wall mount with the other. It is not surprising that this model is so user-friendly, as LG has a good reputation for making products that are easy to handle and that stand up well over time.
- Warranty: 5 out of 5 stars – This LG model is covered by an industry standard 1-year warranty that covers parts and labor. Repair assistance can be requested through an online form, making the process very user-friendly. This is the only set to make access to warranty help available via webform as opposed to calling in and potentially being on hold for a while.
Pros and Cons
Pros
The picture is high quality with bright colors and contrast for lifelike images. The slender design is lightweight, and it fits well into smaller spaces. The price is low enough to fit into most budgets, and it’s efficient and inexpensive to operate as well. The Energy Guide rating is approximately $6.00 per year based on five hours per day of usage; this unit is Energy Star certified.
Cons
The lack of any place to plug in headphones or a sound bar is a definite drawback, as is the fact that the Samsung UN32J4000 does not have SMART capability. Most more recent models offer both of those features, so consumers may mistakenly assume that they are present on the UN32J4000 as well, leading to disappointment. Also, it was a common complaint among consumers that assembling the feet is difficult.
Conclusion
Whether the Samsung UN32J4000 is the right set for you depends on how you plan to use it. This set is on the low end of the price range of televisions in this size and class, so if your funds are limited and you’re not concerned with the features it lacks, this may be the solution for you. If you’re looking for a set for a small space, or all you need is the ability to watch cable or network television, then the Samsung UN32J4000 is probably an adequate choice. It’s more than satisfactory for relaxing with the local news at bedtime or catching the weather report while you’re getting ready for the day.
However, if you want to watch your streaming service or online videos, this is not the best choice for you. For less money, the TCL model offers more features, including SMART capability. If you do decide to go with the TCL though, you do sacrifice something in terms of reliability. User reviews indicate the TCL is more prone to breakdowns than the Samsung.
Overall, we give the Samsung UN32J4000 three out of five stars. In and of itself, it’s a quality set that is adequate for day-to-day use. However, when compared to other options on the market, you have several choices that will get you more features for less money. Brand loyalty and reputation may still be enough to convince you to purchase the Samsung, though, and you won’t be disappointed as long as you know up front what the UN32J4000 is capable of and what it cannot do.
