Tone/Voice:

Keywords:

• Use each keyword once. Bold the keyword so the client can easily see it.
• Spread keywords out in content, not all in same paragraph.
  • Ideal keyword placement is one in opening paragraph, one in body, one in conclusion.
• If applicable, include hyperlinks to appropriate phrases using the anchor text and corresponding URL in the special instruction column.

Format:

• Use H3 in Microsoft word for all headers.
• Intro paragraph: Give an overview of the category. (approximately 3-4 sentences)
